BMCC Borden Municipal Childcare Corporation (BMCC) is a non-profit organization that governs the Borden’s Lil' Sprouts Early Learning Centre. The Board has the ultimate responsibility for the operation of the centre. The Board shall take final action on all major questions of policy and procedure in accordance with the Saskatchewan Employment Act. The Board provides direction to the Director, who is the administrative head of the Centre and responsible for the daily operations of the Centre. We are committed to providing reliable and safe childcare in an enriching stimulating environment, striving to be supportive and understanding of family needs and diversity. Our vision is to create an environment that nurtures the whole child through play and interaction, and cares for their needs as a developing citizen. Supporting the community’s youngest members will strengthen our community and create prosperity for Borden.
