Borden Community Center Preservation Committee
The Borden Community Center Preservation Committee (BCCPC) is a dedicated volunteer organization committed to maintaining and improving the Borden Community Center, a cornerstone facility that supports community life, events, and programs. Working closely with Village Council, the committee helps plan, fundraise for, and carry out upgrades that ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming.
Recent Improvements & Investments
Over the past decade, the BCCPC has supported and delivered numerous improvements throughout the facility, including:

Landscaping and exterior enhancements

New downspouts and exterior painting

Re-shingling of the roof

Floor covering in the main auditorium

Carpet replacement in the library

Renovated bathrooms
-
New chairs and tables for the hall (most recent project)

Tables for the Norman Smith Room

Stained glass inserts beside the stage

Kitchen renovations, including painting, new countertops, and the addition of a commercial oven

Upgrades to the bowling alley

Installation of a new sound system

Addition of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) for public safety
Community Support
