All rates are subject to applicable taxes. Rentals are governed by the Borden Community Centre Rental Agreement.

These rates have been updated to reflect rising operating and maintenance costs, inflation, and the need for ongoing reinvestment in the Community Centre. Adjustments support the long-term sustainability of the facility while maintaining fair and consistent access for residents, organizations, and visitors.

Rates and policies are governed by the Borden Community Centre Rental Agreement and approved Public Rental Rate Schedule.



Key Rental Conditions (Summary)

  • Set-up and tear-down must occur within the booked rental period unless otherwise approved.

  • Tables, chairs, and equipment must not leave the premises.

  • Renters are responsible for removing all garbage and recycling and leaving spaces in acceptable condition.

  • All rentals are subject to post-event inspection by Village staff.


Insurance & Credit Card Requirement

  • Except for funerals and Village-sponsored events, proof of $2,000,000 commercial general liability insurance naming the Village of Borden as additional insured is highly recommended prior to key pick-up.

  • A valid credit card must be kept on file for the duration of the rental for damages, cleaning, overtime, or unpaid fees, if applicable.


The Village of Borden reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking or the use of Community Centre facilities or equipment.
