Busy Bees Preschool

Busy Bees Preschool believes that every child is a unique individual with tremendous potential. Children are social beings, and learning is most meaningful when it occurs through play, interaction, and positive relationships.

The preschool provides a structured, play-oriented environment that supports the development of independence, social skills, and self-confidence. Programming is designed to encourage curiosity, cooperation, and readiness for future learning in a supportive and welcoming setting.

Busy Bees is a not-for-profit cooperative preschool administered by an elected Board that is accountable to its membership. The preschool employs a qualified teacher and is supported by a “duty parent” model, where families participate by assisting with scheduled classroom activities, strengthening connections between children, families, and the learning environment.

Eligibility

Children must be 3 years of age by December 31 of the current school year
Children must be fully toilet trained (no pull-ups)

Busy Bees Preschool plays an important role in early childhood learning within the Village of Borden, offering a nurturing first step into education for local families.
